Shipping

We do our best to have your items shipped to you within 3 to 5 business days.  This allows us enough time to create your pieces to a quality standard that we can be proud of. 

Local Curbside Pick-up

If you are located in the Guelph, Ontario area we offer curbside pick free of charge. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via your email address to arrange a pick-up time.

Canadian shipping

Expedited (with tracking and $100 insurance) - $15. Allow 4 to 6 business days Express (with tracking and $100 insurance) - $20. Allow 2 business days

US and International shipping

Via Canada Post - $30. Allow 15-20 business days

Returns, Refunds & Repairs

We want you to be happy with your Sweetie Box purchase.  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at sbsjewels8@gmail.com and we will happily accept your tagged, undamaged and unworn merchandise, for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.  You will be responsible for any shipping charges relating to returns.  We recommend that you package your items carefully in a well padded box or envelope and use a reputable carrier that can provide a tracking number.  We can not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. 

All sales on gift certificates, customized or sale/discounted items are final and will not be refunded.  If there is any damage to these items during shipping, please advise us immediately upon receipt of these items.  Sweetie Box will assess and repair any reasonable damage, free of costs, excluding additional shipping fees.

Sweetie Box is unable to accept any return of items bought in a retail store.

We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year from date of purchase, free of charge.  For pieces older than 1 year, we can assess, and if possible, make repairs at a reasonable cost, relative to the repair.

Sweetie Box reserves the right to deny any repairs, returns or exchanges that we deem unreasonable.  

All repairs and returns can be sent to Sweetie Box Studios, 229 Elizabeth Street, Back Studio, Guelph, ON N1E 2X6 Canada.  For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
